In order to examine the morphological changes of these plants, nine C. spinosa nebkhas of varying ages were randomly selected and size and number of adventitious roots, number of shoot and buds were counted. Results showed that the dead and green parts of C. spinosa in nebkha were significantly more than control plants. These showed that nebkha in C. spinosa stimulated growth by increasing bud and shoot at first and then there was a steady mortality when the volume of nebkhas increased. In C. deciduas, nebkha caused stimulation of adventitious roots in buried shoots. Increasing nebkha volume did not increased the number of shoots and buds in C. decidua. Control plants did not produce adventitious roots. Formation of nebkha in C. decidua happened in two ways. In the first, C. decidua plants in middle age produced root stock in base of stems. Root stocks continued to grow, trap sand, and form nebkha. Root stock in nebkha produced adventitious root. In consecutive years root stocks continued to grow, trap sand, and form larger nebkha. In contrast, growth of main stems stopped and they were finally dried. C. decidua also formed nebkha like C. spinosa in the second way. It is concluded that C. decidua stimulated better adaptive morphological changes compared to C. spinosa in facing nebkh formation.}, keywords = {Nebkha,Capparis decidua,morphological changes,C. spinosa}, title_fa = {بررسی واکنش‌های مورفولوژیک و شکل‌گیری نبکا در دو گونة کلیر Capparis decidua)) و لگجیC. spinosa)) در مناطق خشک و بیابانی}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش، با تکیه بر مقایسة واکنش‌های متفاوت مورفولوژیک دو گونة کلیر Capparis decidua)) و لگجیC. spinosa) )، ارتباط بین بعضی از عوامل مؤثر در شکل‌زایی نبکا‌ را بررسی می‌نماید.به منظور بررسی واکنش‌های مورفولوژیک دو گونة مورد اشاره به تشکیل نبکا، 9 نبکا‌ی لگجی با سنین متفاوت به طور تصادفی انتخاب شد. سپس، تعداد و اندازة ریشه‌های نابجا و تعداد شاخه و جوانه در طول ساقه شمارش شد. نتایج نشان داد که وزن بخش زنده (سبز) و غیرزندة پایه‌هایی از گیاه لگجی تشکیل‌دهندة نبکا به طور معنی‌داری از پایه‌های شاهد هم‌‌سن خود بیشتر است. در لگجی، نبکا در ابتدا با افزایش تعداد جوانه‏ها و شاخه‏ها باعث تحریک رشد می‌شود، ولی، در نهایت، باعث خشکیدگی کامل گیاه می‌گردد. در کلیر، تشکیل نبکا باعث ریشه‌زایی (ریشه‌های نابجا) در شاخه‌های مدفون‌شده می‏‌شود. همچنین، با افزایش حجم نبکا، بر تعداد شاخه یا جوانه در کلیر افزوده نشد. علاوه بر آن، ریشة نابجایی در پایه‌های کلیرِ فاقد نبکا ملاحظه نشد. نتایج بررسی نحوة انشعاب شاخه‌ها نشان داد که گونة کلیر به دو روش باعث ایجاد نبکا می‌‌شود. کلیر در میان‌سالی پاجوش‏های فراوانی تولید می‌کند. تشکیل پاجوش‏ها در اطراف و در قسمت یقة گیاهِ کلیر باعث تجمع رسوبات و تشکیل نبکا می‌‌شود. شاخة پاجوش‌های مدفون‌شده در نبکا، با افزایش حجم نبکا، ریشه‌های نابجا تولید می‌نماید و پایة مادری به‌تدریج ضعیف می‌شود و نهایتاً خشک می‌شود. حالت دوم تشکیل نبکا مشابه لگجی است. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، مشخص شد که گونة کلیر واکنش‌های مورفولوژیک سازگارتری نسبت به لگجی در برابر تشکیل نبکا دارد.}, keywords_fa = {Nebkha,Capparis decidua,morphological changes,C. spinosa}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_52839.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_52839_8f1a6ce0d8458ca133c3cc7ce1f211d5.pdf} }
