It is necessary to assess the potential of soil seed bank as a major source of species. In this study, the soil seed bank size and composition were compared between exclosure and grazed areas. This was done in Chahar-Bagh rangelands in Golestan province. Soil was sampled in Exclosure and Grazing from 0-5 and 5-10 cm depths in 90 quadrates of 1 m2. Then seed bank composition was identified after seed germination in glasshouse. A total of 28 species from 15 families were found in soil seed bank flora of both exclosure and grazed areas. Compositae, Gramineae, and Rosaceae were dominant in soil seed bank. Also, hemicryptophyte, Forbs and perennials were abundant in the seed bank of both areas. Exclosure significantly increased the seed density of Digitaria sanguinalis, Potentilla canescens, Stellaria media, Sonchus oleraceusand Galium verum in the seed bank. The species richness and diversity indices were not significantly different between two areas. These indices significantly increased in upper soil layer in exclosure while these indices were not significantly different between two soil depths in grazed area. The result of this study showed that exclosure influenced the soil seed banks, however, there was no evidence of positive changes in species richness and diversity indices and also an increase of grasses in soil seed bank.}, keywords = {rangeland degradation,Biodiversity,species pool,grazing gradient,Chahar-Bagh rangeland}, title_fa = {پتانسیل غنـا و تنوع گونه ای ذخیره شده در بانک بذر خاک مراتع در دو شرایط قرق و چرای دام}, abstract_fa = {حفاظت و احیا تنوع زیستی در اکوسیستم‏های مرتعی تخریب یافته اهمیت فراوانی دارد. در این زمینه نیاز است تا پتانسیل بانک بذر خاک به‌عنوان یکی از منابع مهم گونه‏ای مورد شناسایی قرار گیرد. در این تحقیق ترکیب گونه‏ای و مقدار بذر موجود در خاک در دو شرایط قرق و خارج قرق در بخشی از مراتع چهارباغ استان گلستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونه‏گیری بانک بذر خاک از دو منطقه قرق و خارج قرق در دو عمق صفر تا 5 و 5 تا 10 سانتی‏متری خاک در 90 پلات یک مترمربعی انجام شد. ترکیب و مقدار بانک بذر به روش جوانه‏زنی در گلخانه تعیین گردید. 28 گونه گیاهی از 15 تیره از نمونه‏های خاک دو منطقه جوانه زدند. تیره کاسنی، گندمیان و گل سرخ در دو منطقه قرق و خارج قرق جزو تیره-های غالب بانک بذر خاک منطقه بودند. همی‏کریپتوفیت‏ها، پهن برگان علفی و چندساله‏ها از گروه‏های کارکردی غالب در بانک بذر خاک دو منطقه بودند. قرق به‌طور معنی‏داری باعث افزایش بانک بذر گونه‏های Digitaria sanguinalis، Potentilla canescens، Stellaria media، Sonchusoleraceus و Galium verum گردید. شاخص‏های غنا و تنوع گونه‏ای بانک بذر خاک دو منطقه تفاوت معنی‏داری نداشتند. در منطقه قرق این شاخص‏ها به‌طور معنی‏داری در عمق سطحی خاک بیشتر بوده اما دو عمق خاک در خارج قرق از نظر این شاخص‏ها تفاوت معنی‏داری نداشتند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد هر چند قرق موجب تغییراتی در بانک بذر گیاهان در خاک شده اما هنوز بهبود شاخص‏های تنوع و غنا و افزایش معنی‏دار گندمیان را در پی نداشته است.}, keywords_fa = {rangeland degradation,Biodiversity,species pool,grazing gradient,Chahar-Bagh rangeland}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61690.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61690_898b4cf7b8237217cf771b4c0c590e5f.pdf} }
