For example, in some areas people convert slope rangelands around their village to non irrigation farms since they receive enough rain. This factor accelerates the decomposition of organic matter and changes other physical and chemical properties of the soil and impacts upon productivity of lands. To protect the soil of these areas, government has implemented many watershed management projects, one of which is conversion of non irrigation farming into the Amygdalus gardens. This study aimed to investigate the impact of non irrigation farming on some physical and chemical properties of soil and economic evaluation of non irrigation wheat and Amygdalus gardens was conducted. For this purpose, soil samples were selected out of three types of lands i.e. rangelands, non irrigation wheat land, and Amygdalus gardens and from the depths of 0-30 and 30-60 cm soil with 3 replications. The results showed that the plan of converting inefficient non irrigation farming to Amygdalus gardens improves soil quality (fertility) in this region. . The results of economic evaluation of different land uses showed that the benefit to cost ratio for non irrigation wheat is 0/57; while that of Amygdalus gardens project is from 2 to 3/7; that is about 4 to 7 times much more. So the project of Amygdalus gardens has increased rural financial power.}, keywords = {economic evaluation,soil conservation,rain gardens,Dryland farming,Watershed Project}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اقتصادی تبدیل کاربری زراعت دیم به باغات بادام و تأثیر آن بر خصوصیات خاک (مطالعه موردی: منطقه دژکرد شهرستان اقلید)}, abstract_fa = {امروزه افزایش رشد جمعیت و نیاز به مواد غذایی باعث گردیده فشار بر عرصه‌های منابع طبیعی به‌ویژه در تبدیل این اراضی به اراضی کشاورزی، روزبه‌روز در حال افزایش است؛ به‌طوری‌که در بعضی مناطق، مردم مراتع شیب‌دار اطراف روستای خود را که شرایط بارندگی مناسبی دارد، تغییر داده و به دیم‌کاری می‌پردازند؛ همین عامل سبب تسریع تجزیه ماده آلی و سایر ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک شده و بازدهی اراضی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. دولت به‌منظور حفاظت خاک این مناطق اقدام به اجرای پروژه‌های آبخیزداری متعدد کرده که از یکی از این پروژه‌ها، پروژه تبدیل اراضی دیم منطقه به باغات بادام می‌باشد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و مقایسه تأثیرات دیمزارها بر برخی خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک و ارزیابی اقتصادی اراضی دیم گندم و باغات بادام دیم انجام‌شده است. به همین منظور از سه کاربری مرتع، باغات دیم و دیمزار از دو عمق 30-0 و 60-30 سانتیمتری خاک و در 3 تکرار اقدام به نمونه‌گیری از خاک گردید. نتایج نشان داد که طرح تبدیل دیمزارهای کم بازده به باغات بادام دیم باعث بهبود میزان کیفیت خاک (حاصلخیزی) در این منطقه شده است. همچنین نتایج ارزیابی اقتصادی کاربری‌های مختلف نشان داد که نسبت فایده به هزینه برای گندم‌کاری دیم 57/0 است؛ درحالی‌که برای پروژه بادام‌کاری بین 2 تا 7/3 یعنی حدود 4 تا 7 برابر است. بنابراین پروژه بادام‌‌کاری دیم توان مالی روستائیان را افزایش داده است.}, keywords_fa = {economic evaluation,soil conservation,rain gardens,Dryland farming,Watershed Project}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61692.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61692_005dde1140a850cf5457797712c7bb68.pdf} }
