Also, some remote meteorological signals can cause changes in meteorological conditions in different regions. Hablehrud river flow has a vital role in regional development, especially for agricultural section. Thus research of river flow forecasting should be done for water resources management especially when there are drought and climate change conditions in order to facilitate sustainable development. In this study four nonlinear models of artificial neural networks including Generalized Feed Foreward Networks (JFNNs), Jordan/Elman Networks(JENs), Time Lag Recurrent Networks(TLRNs) and Radius Basis Function Networks(RBF) was used to modeling Hablehrud river flow(Bonkuh station) during 1982 to 2011. Input variables after sensitivity analysis were used in 4 models and 4 scenarios. Ten teleconnection indexes were used as input of the model to evaluate their roles in model capability. Results indicated that in the test stage Jordan/Elman Networks represented lower error compared with selected models (RMSE for 4 scenarios are5.57, 4.9, 5.35 and 4.62 respectively). In general error showed decreasing trend from first scenario to the last. Error was decreased of 15 to 31 percent by using teleconnection patterns as inputs (GFFN=%26, JEN=%15.8, TLRN=%25.5 and RBF=%31.7). Totally using teleconnection indexes as inputs in the modeling stage can diminish error of flow forecasting, although selected models indicated different results due to its variable topologies.}, keywords = {River flow modeling,teleconnection index,Sensitivity analysis,flow forecasting,Artificial Neural Networks}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر شاخص‌های پیوند از دور بر میزان کارایی پیش‌بینی جریان رودخانه (مطالعه موردی: حوضه رودخانه حبله‏رود)}, abstract_fa = {برخی سیگنال‌های آب و هوایی با منشأ خارجی می‌توانند موجب تغییرات در شرایط آب و هوایی شده و بر میزان آورد جریان رودخانه تأثیرگذار باشند. ازآنجایی‌که جریان رودخانه حبله رود نقش بسزایی در توسعه فعالیت‌های مختلف خصوصاً کشاورزی منطقه داشته است، لازم است با انجام تحقیقات مناسب میزان جریان، پیش‌بینی شده تا بتوان مدیریت بهینه منابع آب خصوصاً در شرایط خشک‌سالی و اقلیم در حال تغییر در این منطقه را مهیا نمود. در انجام این تحقیق از چهار مدل غیرخطی شبکه عصبی مصنوعی شامل شبکه‌های پیش خورد تعمیم‌یافته، شبکه‌های جوردن المان، شبکه‌های زمان تأخیری چرخشی و شبکه‌های تابع پایه شعاعی برای مدل‌سازی جریان رودخانه حبله رود (ایستگاه بنکوه) طی دوره 1361 تا 1390 استفاده گردید. برای ارزیابی شاخص‌های پیوند از دور و نقش آن‌ها در کارایی مدل از 10 شاخص استفاده گردید و متغیرهای ورودی در 4 سناریو مجزا در هر مرحله پس از آنالیز حساسیت داده‌ها وارد مدل شدند. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در مرحله تست مدل حاکی از خطای کمتر شبکه‌های جوردن المان نسبت به سایر مدل‌ها در پیش‌بینی جریان است (میزان خطا از سناریوی اول تا چهارم به ترتیب برابر 57/5، 9/4، 35/5 و 62/4 است). به‌طورکلی میزان خطا از سناریوی اول تا سناریوی چهارم روندی کاهشی را در مدل‌ها نشان می‌دهد. نتایج بررسی‌ها بیانگر این است که با اضافه نمودن شاخص‌های پیوند از دور، میزان خطا در پیش‌بینی جریان رودخانه حبله رود از 15 تا 31 درصد کاهش می‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {River flow modeling,teleconnection index,Sensitivity analysis,flow forecasting,Artificial Neural Networks}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61700.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61700_8f279daab198c88ec8a0944efe4ed905.pdf} }
