Sampling was done based on plant types and land unit map. The number of samples wasdetermined by Krebs method. In total, 125 square sampling plots of 400 2 m area were selected byrandom systematic method. To determine soil factors, two soil samples (0–30, 30-90 cm deep) werecollected from each land unit and physico-chemical parameters were measured. Using TWINSPAN,vegetation of study area was classified and then PCA and CCA were used to investigate therelationship between vegetation and environmental factors. Based on TWINSPAN, four vegetationgroups were recognized. According to TWINSPAN results, four ecological groups were identifiedthat first and second groups with 31 and 46 sample plots, respectively and by Quercus barantti,Crataegus pontica and Acer monspessulanum, as indicator species, are more calciphiles thananother groups. The first three axes of the PCA accounted for 62.83%, 23.45% and 13.72% of thetotal plant cover variability, respectively. Also based on Mont Carlo analysis, first and second axeswith 0.68 and 0.48 eigenvalue, accounted for 28% and 19% of the variability, respectively and thecorrelation coefficient of axes and species is 0.98. According to PCA and CCA, Formation, organicmatter and lime were the most important factors on establishing of ecological groups.}, keywords = {Canonical correspondence analysis,Manesht protected area,principal components analysis,Two-Way Indicator Species Analysis}, title_fa = {طبقه‌بندی پوشش گیاهی و رسته‌بندی آن در ارتباط با عوامل زمین‌شناسی، فیزیوگرافی و خاک (مطالعه موردی: منطقه حفاظت‌شده مانشت ایلام)}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه پوشش گیاهی و بررسی تأثیر عوامل فیزیوگرافی، خاک و زمین‌شناسی بر روی توزیع و پراکنش جوامع گیاهی منطقه مانشت در استان ایلام انجام شده است. جهت بررسی و تعیین گروه‌های اکولوژیک 125 قطعه نمونه مربعی شکل با مساحت 400 متر مربع به صورت تصادفی- سیستماتیک در منطقه پیاده شد و حضور، عدم حضور و درصد پوشش گونه‌های گیاهی برداشت گردید. همچنین به منظور تعیین فاکتورهای خاک در هر یک از واحدهای شکل زمین از دو عمق 30-0 و 90-30 سانتیمتری نمونه خاک برداشت شد و پارامترهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک اندازه‌گیری گردید. با استفاده از آنالیز دو طرفه گونه‌های معرف (TWINSPAN) پوشش گیاهی منطقه طبقه‌بندی شد و سپس جهت بررسی روابط پوشش گیاهی با عوامل محیطی و تعیین موثرترین این عوامل از روش آنالیز مؤلفه‌های اصلی (PCA) و آنالیز تطبیقی متعارف (‍CCA) استفاده گردید. با توجه به TWINSPAN، چهار گروه اکولوژیک گیاهی تشخیص داده شد که گروه‌های اول و دوم، به ترتیب با 31 و 46 قطعه نمونه، با عناصر رویشی اصلی Quercus barantti، Crataegus pontica وAcer monspessulanum آهک‌دوست‌تر از گروه‌های دیگر می‌باشند که اغلب گونه‌های بالشتکی هستند. با توجه به نتایج PCA، محورهای اول، دوم و سوم به ترتیب 83/62، 45/23 و 72/13 درصد از واریانس تغییرات پوشش گیاهی را توجیه می‌نماید. همچنین با توجه به آزمون مونت‌کارلو محور اول و دوم با مقدار ویژه 68/0 و 48/0، به ترتیب 28 و 19 درصد واریانس تغییرات را توجیه می‌کنند و ضریب همبستگی این محورها با متغیر و گونه‌ها 98/0 است. نتایج حاصل از PCA و CCA نشان دادند که سازند زمین‌شناسی، مواد آلی و آهک مهم‌ترین عوامل محیطی موثر در توزیع و استقرار گروه‌های اکولوژیک در منطقه هستند.}, keywords_fa = {Canonical correspondence analysis,Manesht protected area,principal components analysis,Two-Way Indicator Species Analysis}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61777.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61777_cac828635a129dd514d89f7fa8c6835c.pdf} }
