Therefore, since watershed projects involve many agents and management needs to be as effective as possible, assessment of how suuccessfully the project objectives have been realized is essential. The sologhan aquifer’s basin with an area of 20571 hectar is one of the basins in which watershed project was carried out in winter 2000. To assess the effectiveness of the above mentioned project, required statics and data was collected and the accuracy of meteorology and hydrology data was examined and the double mass curve, annual hydrograph comparisons, hydrologic analysis, sediment examination in dry and moist periods, sediment graph, studding the amount of sediment in precipitation periods prior and post projects implementation were considered and used. Double mass curve shows the positive effects of this operation on the amount of runoff and sediment. Hydrologic regime curves show as well that watershed operations had positive impacts upon the basins hydrologic reaction to rain so that the amount of runoff as a result of similar amount of precipitation has decreased. Furthermore, the amount of annual suspended load has decreased from 47892.56 to 22365 tons, so did the amount of Debbi and sediment. Above results prove the positive effects of watershed projects.}, keywords = {operating assessment,aquifer's basin,watershed projects,Suspended sediment load}, title_fa = {بررسی عملکرد اقدامات آبخیزداری در حوزه آبخیز کن - سولقان}, abstract_fa = {با وجود اینکه بیشتر از 45 سال از عمر اجرای پروژههای آبخیزداری در کشور میگذرد و روز به روز بودجه‏های اختصاص یافته به این طرح‏ها افزایش مییابد، همچنان روند فزاینده فرسایش خاک، نابودی منابعطبیعی و خسارات سرسام‎آور و بسیار دردناک ناشی از آن ادامه دارد که نشاندهنده ضعف در عملکرد و شکست طرح‎های حفاظت از منابعطبیعی است. بنابراین در طرحهای آبخیزداری که عموماً با عوامل بسیار مختلفی سر و کار داشته و بیشتر جنبه مدیریتی طرحها باید قوی دیده شود، ارزیابی میتواند جایگاه مناسبی داشته باشد و میزان کارایی و دستیابی به هدف این طرحها را مشخص نماید. حوزه آبخیز کن به مساحت 20571 هکتار یکی از حوضههایی است که عملیات آبخیزداری در آن در سال 1379 به اجرا درآمد. در این تحقیق جهت ارزیابی اثرات این عملیات، پس از جمعآوری آمار و اطلاعات لازم و بررسی صحت و دقت دادههای ایستگاههای هواشناسی و هیدرومتری حوضه از روش‏های منحنی جرم مضاعف، مقایسه هیدروگراف سالانه و آنالیز هیدرولوژیکی، بررسی میزان رسوب در دوره‏های خشک و مرطوب، رسم منحنی سنجه رسوب، بررسی میزان رسوب در بارشهای مشابه قبل و بعد از اجرای طرح و ... استفاده شد. منحنی جرم مضاعف نشاندهنده اثر مثبت این عملیات بر میزان رواناب و رسوب بوده است. نتایج حاصل از رسم منحنی رژیم هیدرولوژیک نیز نشان می‏دهد که اثر عملیات آبخیزداری بر واکنش هیدرولوژیک حوضه نسبت به بارندگی مثبت بوده و توانسته است آن را آرامتر نماید. یعنی به ازاء بارندگی مشابه در پیش و پس از عملیات آبخیزداری، میزان رواناب تولید شده کاهش یافته است. همچنین میزان بار معلق در اثر اجرای طرح از 56/47892 تن در سال به 22365 تن در سال رسیده و در بارش‏های مشابه میزان دبی حاصله بعد از اجرای طرح و متعاقب آن رسوب حاصل از آن کاهش داشته است که نشان‏دهنده اثر مثبت این عملیات است.}, keywords_fa = {operating assessment,aquifer's basin,watershed projects,Suspended sediment load}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61974.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_61974_50eef7db398753b5fe4cd66a57c55c4a.pdf} }
