The use of geological maps produced by geological survey is now the basic of geological studies in detailed-operating and investigative studies of natural resources. On the other hand, during the last years, remote sensing technology has been introduced as a new and efficient tool for geological studies that in addition to proper precision, it has other benefits such as accessibility to impassable or inaccessible mountainous regions. In this study, comparing the accuracy of existing geological and remote sensing maps of Vartavan catchment of Qazvin province has been the object of the study which was evaluated with the ground realities. So first, maps of geological survey were examined. Then, various image processing techniques including False Color Composite (FCC), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Optimum Index Factor (OIF) and Band Ratio (BR) were used to enhance different lithological units and finally, RS lithology map of the catchment was prepared. Considering the variety of rocks and formations of the study area, the FCC and OIF techniques have respectively the most capabilities for differentiation of the rocks. Kappa coefficient of 0.39 between the two maps indicates low agreement between them. Checking the accuracy of maps based on the ground realities showed that photo-lithological map is more accurate (97.1%) compared to geological map (52.5%).}, keywords = {Geological & photo-lithological map,remote sensing,Landsat imagery,Vartavan catchment}, title_fa = {مقایسۀ نقشه‌های موجود زمین‌شناسی با نقشۀ حاصل از مطالعات دورسنجی (مطالعۀ موردی: حوزۀ ورتوان قزوین)}, abstract_fa = {شناخت واحدهای زمینشناسی، یکی از مطالعات پایه و اساسی در بسیاری از علوم مختلف از جمله منابع طبیعی قلمداد میشود. در حال حاضر در مطالعات تفصیلی اجرایی و حتی تحقیقاتی منابع طبیعی، استفاده از نقشههای تولید شده توسط سازمان زمینشناسی، اساس مطالعات زمینشناسی را تشکیل میدهد. از طرفی طی سالهای اخیر، تکنولوژی سنجش از دور بهعنوان یک ابزار جدید و کارآمد برای مطالعات زمینشناسی معرفی شده است که علاوه بر دقت مناسب، فواید دیگری از قبیل دسترسی به مناطق کوهستانی صعبالعبور یا غیرقابلدسترس دارد. هدف از این تحقیق، مقایسۀ صحت نقشههای زمینشناسی موجود و نقشههای حاصل از مطالعات دورسنجی و پردازش تصاویرETM+ ماهوارۀ لندست نسبت به واقعیتهای زمینی در حوزۀ آبخیز ورتوان قزوین است. بدین منظور پس از بررسی نقشههای موجود سازمان زمینشناسی، اقدام به تهیۀ نقشۀ زمینشناسی منطقه با استفاده از تکنیکهای مختلف پردازش تصاویر ماهوارهای و بارزسازی واحدهای سنگشناسی از طریق ترکیبات مختلف رنگمجازی (FCC)، تجزیه به مولفههای اصلی (PCA)، شاخص بهینه (OIF)، نسبتگیری طیفی(BR) شد که با توجه به تنوع سازندها و سنگهای مختلف در محدودۀ مطالعاتی، روشهای رنگمجازی و شاخص بهینه به ترتیب دارای بیشترین قابلیت برای تفکیک سازندها و سنگها بودند. ضریب کاپای معادل 39/0 بین نقشۀ حاصل از پردازش تصویری و نقشۀ زمینشناسی، گویای تطابق ضعیف بین دو نقشه است. بررسی صحت نقشهها بر اساس واقعیتهای زمینی، حاکی از صحت بیشتر نقشۀ پردازش تصویری (5/97%) نسبت به نقشۀزمینشناسی موجود (3/54%) است.}, keywords_fa = {Geological & photo-lithological map,remote sensing,Landsat imagery,Vartavan catchment}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_65346.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_65346_53d53e9cc1d3b98c4c8d0c7369467fb8.pdf} }
