A variety of models have been proposed to understanding the respiration response of the soil to temperature and respiration sensitivity to temperature (Q10). The aim of this study was to evaluate the respiration response of soil to temperature variations using incubation technique and to examine variety of models in two different management systems. For this purpose, Intact soil samples were collected from a grazing and grazing exclosure in Fandoghlo Ardebil, incubated for 4 weeks at 10, 20 and 30 ° C temperature. Soil respiration was measured by alkaline adsorption method. Nonlinear regression method and The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm were used to determine the parameters of models. Both ecosystem showed an exponential increase in Soil heterotrophic respiration with temperature. The rate of respiration in soil of grazing, at all three temperature levels, was higher than grazing exclosure. Most models describing the relationship between soil respiration and temperature showed a good fit to the experimental data, especially in the grazing exclosure. Q10 in the grazing (1.21) was higher than the grazing exclosure (0.97). In general, based on the coefficients of the models and the Q10 analysis, the Arrhenius model can be better than the others of model for expressing the relationship between soil respiration with temperature, as well as good numerical estimation for Q10 of soil.}, keywords = {Incubation,The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm,Q10,Arrhenius model}, title_fa = {اندازه‌گیری و مدل‌سازی پاسخ تنفس هتروتروف خاک به تغییرات درجۀ حرارت در دو اکوسیستم مرتعی قرق و تحت چرا}, abstract_fa = {تنفس هتروتروفیک خاک که حاصل تجزیۀ مواد آلی خاک میباشد؛ تحت تأثیر عوامل محیطی بهخصوص دما قرار دارد. مدلهای مختلفی برای درک پاسخ تنفس خاک به درجه حرارت و همچنین حساسیت دمایی تنفس خاک (Q10) به کار رفته است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی پاسخ تنفس خاک به تغییرات دما با استفاده از تکنیک انکوباسیون و بررسی مدلهای مختلف در دو سیستم مدیریتی متفاوت است. به این منظور، نمونههای دست نخورده خاک که از اکوسیستم مرتع چرا شده و قرق واقع در منطقه فندقلوی اردبیل برداشت شده بود؛ به مدت 4 هفته در سطوح دمایی 10، 20 و 30 درجۀسانتیگراد انکوباسیون گردید. مقدار تنفس خاک براساس روش جذب قلیا اندازهگیری شد. از رگرسیون غیر خطی و الگوریتم لوینبرگ- مارکوارد برای تعیین پارامترهای مدل استفاده شد. در هر دو اکوسیستم میزان افزایش تنفس هتروتروفیک خاک با افزایش دما به صورت نمایی بود. میزان تنفس در خاک مرتع چرا شده در هر سه سطوح دمایی بالاتر از مرتع قرق بود. اکثر مدلهایی که رابطۀ بین میزان تنفس خاک و دما را توصیف میکنند؛ برازش مناسبی به دادههای آزمایش بهخصوص در مرتع قرق نشان دادند. Q10 در خاک مرتع چرا شده (21/1) بالاتر از مرتع قرق (97/0) بود. در کل با توجه به ضرایب مدلها و آنالیزQ10 ، مدل آرهینیوس میتواند مناسبترین مدل جهت بیان رابطۀ بین تنفس خاک با دما و همچنین برآورد عددی مناسب برای Q10 خاک باشد.}, keywords_fa = {انکوباسیون,الگوریتم لوینبرگ-مارکوارد,حساسیت دمایی تنفس خاک (Q10),مدل آرهینیوس}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_68872.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_68872_d9e2e41c39acc0504a70c77643c9a307.pdf} }
