We studied the species diversity patterns in relation to some physiographic factors and grazing along an altitudinal gradient of 1000 meters and at different altitudes with 100-m intervals. The Margalef, Sheldon, and Shannon-Wiener indexes were used to assess richness, evenness and diversity, respectively. Partial Canonical Correspondence analysis was used to investigate the relationship between vegetation, physiographic factors (with an emphasis on altitude) and grazing. The study of the relationship between altitude and grazing showed a significant correlation between these two factors (P <0.01, R2 = 0.55). Results showed that increased species diversity and richness was observed at lower altitudes up to 2200 meters above sea level; however, at the altitude above 2200 m, the species diversity and richness decreased. This result is consistent with the mid-domain effect (MDE) hypothesis. Overgrazing at low altitudes has led to a shift in vegetation toward annual and ruderals species. The areas with intermediate grazing had the highest richness and diversity and the areas with high and low grazing intensity had the lowest richness and diversity. This result is consistent with the intermediate disturbance hypothesis. Species evenness also increased with increasing grazing intensity, although these changes were not significant (P> 0.05). Therefore, the changes in species diversity along ecological gradients cannot be evaluated without considering the grazing intensity.}, keywords = {altitude,disturbance,mountainous area,Multivariate analysis,steppe region}, title_fa = {الگوی تنوع گونه‌ای در ارتباط با تغییرات ارتفاعی و چرای دام در منطقۀ حفاظت شدۀ هفتاد قله، اراک}, abstract_fa = {مطالعۀ تنوع گونهای و بررسی روابط بین گیاهان، عوامل محیطی و آشفتگی نقش مهمی در مطالعۀ پویایی و مدیریت اکوسیستم‌ها دارد. در این تحقیق تنوع گونههای گیاهی در ارتباط با تغییرات ارتفاعی و چرای دام، در امتداد یک شیب ارتفاعی 1000 متری در منطقۀ حفاظت شدۀ هفتاد قلۀ اراک مطالعه شد. الگوی تنوع زیستی با مقایسۀ شاخصهای غنای گونهای مارگالف، یکنواختی شلدون و تنوع شانون- واینر، در طبقات مختلف ارتفاعی با دامنۀ 100 متری مشخص شد. بررسی ارتباط پوششگیاهی با برخی از عوامل فیزیوگرافی (با تأکید بر ارتفاع از سطح دریا) و آشفتگی چرای دام، با استفاده از روش تحلیل تطبیقی متعارفی جزئی انجام شد. نتایج وجود یک همبستگی معنیدار بین ارتفاع از سطح دریا و چرای دام را نشان داد (01/0P<، 55/0R2=). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تنوع و غنای گونهای از ارتفاعات پایینتر تا 2300 متر از سطح دریا افزایش ولی از دامنۀ ارتفاعی 2300 به بالا کاهش یافتند. این نتیجه در راستای تئوری اثر غالبیت میانه است. چرای شدید دام در ارتفاعات پایین منجر به تغییر پوششگیاهی به سمت گونههای یکساله و فرصتطلب شده است. مناطقی با چرای متوسط دام، بالاترین مقدار تنوعگونهای و مناطقی با شدت چرای زیاد و کم، کمترین تنوعگونهای را داشتند. این نتیجه در راستای تئوری آشفتگی متوسط است. یکنواختی گونهها نیز با افزایش شدت چرای دام افزایش یافت، هر چند که این تغییرات معنیدار نبود (05/0P>). بنابراین ارزیابی تنوع گونهای در طول شیبهای اکولوژیک، بدون در نظر گرفتن شدت چرای دام، قابل ارزیابی نیست.}, keywords_fa = {altitude,disturbance,mountainous area,Multivariate analysis,steppe region}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_75636.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_75636_b88ae24a4cd024430d075ee519571a11.pdf} }
