The purpose of this study is to study the spectral and non-spectral behaviors of soil in order to estimate the organic carbon of topsoil using factor analysis and multiple regression methods in the semi-steppe rangelands of Asuran, Semnan province. Soil sampling was performed using stratified random sampling method. After creating a map of homogeneous units in the area, in each homogeneous unit according to its area, several sampling points were selected completely randomly. A total of 145 sampling points were collected. At each sampling point, a composite soil sample (a mixture of 9 observations) was taken. Soil organic carbon was measured using Valkyli-Block titration method. Data of 114 samples were used to calibrate the model and data of 31 samples were used to validate it. The results showed that the correlation of spectral variables obtained from Landsat OLI sensor with surface soil organic carbon is higher than non-spectral variables obtained from 1: 25000 topographic maps. Also, the results of factor analysis by principal component analysis with eigenvalues greater than one showed that the total cumulative variance explained by 14 variables was equal to 90.2%, which was explained by three factors. The regression equation generated by the three extracted factors had suitable potential for predicting surface soil organic carbon (R2 = 0.59). The root mean square error (RMSE) of the proposed model was calculated to be 0.3.}, keywords = {Organic carbon,Topsoil,Landsat 8,factor analysis,multiple linear regressions}, title_fa = {پیش‌بینی مکانی کربن آلی افق سطحی خاک با استفاده از عوامل طیفی و غیرطیفی (مطالعۀ موردی؛ مرتع ییلاقی آسوران، استان سمنان)}, abstract_fa = {کربن آلی خاک یکی از مهمترین شاخص‌های کیفیت خاک است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش مطالعة رفتارهای طیفی و غیرطیفی خاک به منظور برآورد کربن آلی خاک سطحی با استفاده از روش‌های تحلیل عاملی و رگرسیون چندگانه در مراتع نیمه‌استپی آسوران استان سمنان است. نمونه‌برداری از خاک، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌برداری تصادفی طبقه‌بندی شده صورت گرفت. پس از ایجاد نقشۀ واحدهای همگن منطقه، در هر واحد همگن متناسب با مساحت آن، چندین نقطۀ نمونه‌برداری به صورت کاملاً تصادفی انتخاب شد. در مجموع تعداد 145 نقطۀ نمونه‌برداری برداشت شد. در هر یک از نقاط نمونه‌برداری، یک نمونۀ خاک ترکیبی (مخلوطی از 9 مشاهده) برداشت شد. کربن آلی خاک با استفاده از روش تیتراسیون والکلی – بلاک اندازه‌گیری شد. اطلاعات 114 نمونه برای واسنجی مدل و اطلاعات 31 نمونه برای اعتبارسنجی آن بهکار گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد میزان همبستگی متغیرهای طیفی حاصل از سنجندۀ OLI لندست 8 با کربن آلی خاک سطحی نسبت به متغیرهای غیرطیفی حاصل از نقشه‌های توپوگرافی 1:25000 بیشتر است. همچنین نتایج تحلیل عاملی به روش تجزیة مؤلفه‌های اصلی با مقادیر ویژة بزرگتر از یک نشان داد کل واریانس تجمعی تبیین‌شده بهوسیلة 14 متغیر، برابر 2/90 درصد بود که این میزان واریانس بهوسیلة سه عامل توضیح داده شد. معادلة رگرسیون تولید شده با 3 عامل استخراج شده، از پتانسیل مناسبی برای پیش‌بینی کربن آلی خاک سطحی برخوردار بود (59/0 = R2). ریشة متوسط مربعات خطا (RMSE) مدل پیشنهادی برابر 3/0 محاسبه شد. با توجه به ارتباط مستقیم کربن آلی خاک با عوامل حاصلخیزی و مقاومت خاک در مقابل فرسایش، مدل توزیع مکانی کربن آلی خاک می‌تواند بهعنوان یک زیرمدل مهم به منظور طراحی سایر مدل‌های پیچیده همچون تولید (بایومس) اکوسیستم‌های خشکی و مدل‌های فرسایش خاک مورد استفاده واقع شود.}, keywords_fa = {Organic carbon,Topsoil,Landsat 8,factor analysis,multiple linear regressions}, url = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_82314.html}, eprint = {https://jrwm.ut.ac.ir/article_82314_28d2ae5d156bb209cbf4b9c34233f68d.pdf} }
