the purpose of this research is to prioritize business plans. It is sustainable in line with the development of rural entrepreneurship with an emphasis on pasture ecosystem services. For this purpose, in the present study, 393 pasture users were selected from four villagesin Maneh and Samalghan cities.First, the economic valuation of four main rangeland functions was carried out using the available questionnaire and random sampling method, then the potential of attracting income in each of these functions obtained. In the next step, the costs of each of these businesses were collected with the help of survey information. In the next step, the financial evaluation of business plans was done with the help of financial indicators, including NPV, B/C, ROI, and IRR. The results showed that the three businesses of animal husbandry, beekeeping and the establishment of eco-tourism accommodation have economic justification, and the business of packaging and processing medicinal plants has no economic justification.Prioritization of these four businesses by the indicators of the previous stages of the research by scoring each of the indicators Done. The results showed that in order of businesses; 1-Establishment of ecotourism residence, 2-animal husbandry (sheep breeding), 3-beekeeping and 4-medicinal plant processing have the first to fourth priority in order to empower the beneficiaries in the target villages.

Evaluate non-market functions and services of the environment, including tourism for many reasons, including the recognition and understanding of environmental and ecological benefits by humans, presenting the country's environmental issues to decision makers and planners, adjusting and modifying the set of national calculations such as GDP It is important to nationalize and prevent the indiscriminate destruction and exploitation of natural resources. The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic value of rangeland tourism function of 4 villages of Maneh and Samolghan counties of North Khorasan province, using conditional valuation method. the logit model was estimated using the maximum likelihood method. The required data were collected by completing 133 questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with visitors from all four areas. The sample size was obtained using Cochran's formula and the sampling method used is random sampling. Based on the results of the model used to determine the factors affecting the value of tourism in the region, the variables of marital status, employment status, proposed amount and rangeland attractiveness are significant at 5% probability level and effective factors in the WTP rate of visitors to use rangelands Are studied. the average WTP as input price for each visitor to use the rangelands of the region was 5880 Tomans and the recreational value of each hectare of rangelands in the region was 49556 Tomans per year. the rangelands of the studied villages have significant tourism value, which can help plannersand executives in planning, protection and sustainable use of rangelands in the region.

Low income level of local communities is one of the causes of natural land degradation. Implementation of moringa peregrina cultivation development plan in the desert areas of southern Iran leads to its economic development. The economic level required by every rural household has become. The research data were extracted from the moringa peregrina development plan prepared by the Forests, Rangelands and Watershed Management Organization and all data were calculated in the base year of 1400. Due to the limited land and the need for an appropriate criterion for the participation of each rural household, the minimum economic level was determined in each of the executive areas. Determining the minimum economic level using the financial evaluation of the project, financial indicators of net present value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), internal rate of return (IRR) and return on investment (ROI) for the duration of the project from 1400 to 1420 Was examined. Considering the location and topography of the region in general, financial indicators indicate the appropriateness and profitability of the project. Taking into account the average costs of each household in the village of Sistan and Baluchestan province in the implementation of the plan of minimum economic level in plain areas (0.8 hectares), flat areas (3.24 hectares), terrace areas (4.48 hectares), areas Mahour hill (11.08 hectares) and mountainous and impassable areas (6.21 hectares) have been estimated. The minimum level obtained can provide decision makers with valuable information for desert land management in areas prone to moringa peregrina cultivation.

This study aims to examine the role and value of local community awareness of the economic value of carbon sequestration as an important rangeland ecosystem services in order to increase the participation of local community for conservation of rangeland. In order to explain the role and value of awareness in increasing the participation of people in both experimental and control groups, Contingent Valuation Method and dichotomous choice – double bounded format was used and willingness of local communities to pay to preserve pastures were measured. The results showed in two separate groups have a significant difference in terms of willingness to pay for conservation of rangeland, that the difference between the willingness to pay represents the exact value of awareness in increasing willingness to pay for conservation of pasture. In the experimental group, the average willingness to pay was 89410.84 Rials and in the control group average, the average willingness to pay was 32560.88 Rials. The difference between the average willingness of people to pay in two groups is the equivalent of 57039.12 Rials. The average willingness of people to pay each year in the village of test and control group respectively is 2587230.6 and 1657100.05 Rials. The proposed knowledge up to local communities in the Malard County of the carbon sequestration process as well as the role and its position in relation to the welfare of local communities, especially with regard to the beginning of the implementation of the International Generalized Carbon Sequestration in the county take priority.

In recent years, natural resource economists evaluate and assess the role of natural resources in the welfare of people have put on their agenda. This study, people's willingness to participation in protecting and reviving the desert area NasrAbad, examined the using conditional valuation and tow-dimensional, dual choice questioner. To estimate the willingness to pay logit regression model was used based on the maximum likelihood method, the parameters of the model were estimated. Results suggest that age, occupation, education and horticultural activities, a native of the region, climate change, poor management officials, family income and number of family members, significant positive effect and gender, agricultural activities, overgrazing of livestock , expansion of urban land and Bid a significant negative effect on the bid people are willing to pay. Deontologist people units 0/868 have likely to pay more compared with Cosequentialists people the Marginal effect of these variables to be allocated. the average willingness to pay of the Deontologist and Cosequentialists people in this study to participation in protecting and reviving the deserts of Nasr Abad is estimated to be 32586 and 6524 Rials respectively.
