تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد مرتع با استفاده از تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی (AHP) (مطالعۀ موردی: بخشی از مراتع قشلاقی استان سمنان)

چکیده

یکی از شیوه‌های مرسوم تحقیق دربارة شناخت موضوع یا تصمیم‌گیری در جوامع توجه به آرای افراد جامعه است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد مرتع با توجه به دیدگاه‌های جامعة مرتع‌دار مراتع قشلاقی استان سمنان است. در این راستا، عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد مرتع به عوامل انسانی (اقتصادی و اجتماعی) و طبیعی (شرایط توپوگرافی، ویژگی‌های اقلیمی، زمین‌شناسی و خاک) به منزلة معیار اصلی تقسیم شد. زیرمعیارها بر اساس مصاحبه، تجربیات و مرور منابع تعیین شد. پرسش‌نامة تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی (AHP) تدوین شد و ارزش وزنی معیارها و زیرمعیارها بر اساس مصاحبه با سی نفر از مرتع‌داران تعیین شد. پرسش‌نامه‌ها با استفاده از  نرم‌افزارExpert choiceتحلیل شد. بر اساس نتایج، میزان و فصل بارندگی و شیوة مالکیت از مهم‌ترین عوامل تعیین‌کننده بودند. در مجموع، عوامل طبیعی اثر بیشتری در عملکرد مراتع داشت. اولویت عوامل طبیعی نسبت به عوامل انسانی برابر با 8/2 و بردار ویژة عوامل طبیعی 74/0 در برابر 26/0 بود. جامعة تحقیق در تشخیص اثر عوامل طبیعی، نسبت به آثار عوامل انسانی، اختلاف‌نظر بیشتری داشت.
