چکیده

بهره­برداری و استحصال محصولات ­فرعی جنگل‌ها و مراتع از دیرباز مورد توجه انسان­ها بوده است. امروزه نیز این محصولات نقش­های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی در کشورهای دارای اکوسیستم­های جنگلی و مرتعی ایفا می­کنند، به­طوری­که نادیده گرفتن و عدم توجه به آن می­تواند معضلاتی در سطح کلان کشورها به دنبال داشته باشد. هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی تأثیر بهره­برداری بر تخریب جنگل‌ها و مراتع بر اساس نگرش روستائیان می­باشد. این تحقیق با استفاده از پرسشنامه به روش پیمایشی صورت گرفت و از شیوۀ نمونه­گیری طبقه­بندی شده با تخصیص متناسب برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. 384 پرسشنامه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روایی ابزار تحقیق یعنی پرسشنامه، با استفاده از نظر متخصصین و کارشناسان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ 76/0 به­دست آمده است. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمام روستائیان بخش زرین­آباد با جمعیت (6379) نفر و نمونۀ آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان 384 نفر به­دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد بین میزان برداشت محصولات فرعی و تخریب جنگل‌ها و مراتع، رابطۀ مثبت و معنی­داری وجود دارد (05/0 >P). همچنین نتایج نشان داد روستائیان نگرش مثبتی نسبت به تشکیل تعاونی­های مردم­نهاد دارند. نتایج نشان داد تشکیل شرکت­های تعاونی بهره­برداری، آموزش قبل از برداشت و نظارت کارشناسان در امر بهره­برداری از محصولات فرعی جنگل و مرتع تأثیر معنی­دار و مثبتی در کاهش تخریب این منابع دارد (05/0 >P). نتایج نیز نشان داد بین بهره­برداری از محصولات فرعی جنگل و مرتع و درآمد و کاهش فقر از حد متوسط اختلاف معنی­داری وجود دارد. با توجه به نیاز روستا نشینان جهت تأمین حداقل­های معیشت خود با استفاده از جنگل و مرتع در این زمینه نکتۀ اساسی نه جلوگیری از بهره­برداری بلکه متوازن نمودن میزان بهره­برداری از منابع با نظارت مستمر ارگان­های مرتبط و همچنین اقدام مؤثر در جهت تشکیل شرکت­های تعاونی بهره‌برداری از جنگل و مرتع زیر نظر ادارات مربوطه می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

Exploitation and extraction of sub products of forests and rangelands have long been important to the human beings and today these products have economic, cultural and social roles in countries where there are forests and rangelands ecosystems, so that ignoring and not paying attention to it would bring about irreparable problems for megacities. The purpose of the present study the impact of exploitation on the degradation of forests and rangelands is based on the attitude of the villagers.. Data collection included survey, stratified sampling with proportional allocation. 384 questionnaires were examined. The instrument- questionnaires- were validated by the experts and specialists. The reliability of that has been obtained by Cronbach's alpha (0.76). The statistical population included all the villages in Zarinabad with population around 6379 people, according to Morgan’s table 384 people were selected as statistical sample. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the harvests and the destruction sub products of forests and rangelands. The results also showed that villagers have a positive attitude toward the formation of public co – operatives (p<0.05). Results showed that the formation of cooperatives for utilization, training and supervision of experts to harvest sub product of forest and rangeland are positive and significant effect in reducing degradation of this resources (p<0.05). The results also showed that there is a significant difference between the utilization of forest and pasture sub-products and income, and poverty reduction from the average.
